When I login as a student, the only browser window I see is one that says, “Leave this window open” why can’t I access the LMS?
A pop-up blocker installed on your computer causes this behavior. If you uninstall the pop-up blocker and reopen your browser you should be able to enter the LMS with no problems.

Why won't my Media file play?
You must have a "viewer" associated with that media file type in order for it to play. For example, if you do not have Flash installed you will not be able to view Flash files.

Why does an assessment response appear as "null" in the LMS course report?
When authoring a course, e-Learning in a Box will not allow you to change the text style within an assessment template. For example, changing a word style to bold or italics within the template will not be compatible with the "assessment" style. This will cause question response to appear as "null" in the LMS.

When answering a fill-in-the-blank question in a course, the "Show answer" window display symbols along with the correct text. Why?
When authoring fill-in-the-blank questions, only single-word answers can be entered in the template. Multiple-word word answers will result in incorrect feedback being displayed.
